New Gold Inc. (NGD:TSX/AMEX) owns 100% of the mineral rights to its New Afton Project, located 10km west of Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. The Company has outlined a (independently estimated and 43-101 compliant) Measured and Indicated Mineral Resource of 65.7 million tonnes grading 1.02% Cu, 0.77g/t Au, and 2.59g/t Ag, which contains approximately 1.5 billion pounds of copper and 1.6 million ounces of gold.
