DRC Resources Corporation has granted a total of 50,000 incentive stock options to a director and an officer of the company at a price of $3.50 per share for a period of two years.
The options price is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, and subject applicable hold periods.
The closing price on December 4th, 2002 of DRC Resources Corporation shares on the TSX Venture Exchange was $4.10.
