Vancouver, April 24, 2002 -- With respect to the requirements of National Document, BC Form 51-901F, the Company has re-filed with SEDAR, Amended and Restated, Schedule "C", Management Discussion and Analysis for the quarterly periods ending, December 31, 2000, March 31, 2001, June 30, 2001, and September 30, 2001. The material revisions and additions in the re-filed documents address the administration and exploration budget variances and also expand upon information contained in the notes to the Financial Statement and BC Form 51-901F Schedule "B" for the respective quarters with regards to related party transactions, administration expenses, exploration expenses risks and uncertainties and also address events subsequent to September 30, 2001.
