Vancouver, B.C., Nov. 1, 2002---DRC Resources has entered into a Corporate Relations Agreement with L. Howard Nichol of Glastonbury, Connecticut to commence November 1, 2002. Mr. L. Howard Nichol has informed the Company that he holds no direct or indirect interest in the securities of the issuer, or any right to acquire such interest.
Mr. Nichol, a well known Mining Analyst, was a Securities Analyst for 16 years with Advest Inc., a regional brokerage firm headquartered in Hartford, Connecticut. Since 1990, Mr. Nichol has been an independent consultant to the natural resource industry in the U.S. and Canada. He will assist the Company in development of corporate and market awareness.
DRC Resources Corporation is a publicly traded natural resource company with its head office in Vancouver and a field office in Kamloops, B.C. The main focus of DRC Resources is the exploration of the Afton Copper-Gold Project located in the Kamloops Mining Division. To date, the Afton Main Zone has an indicated mineral resource boundary of 37.7 million tons of 2.32% Copper Equivalent.
